Hi Rosh, thank you for all the questions. 1) No service in North York, areas of service are Lawrence to Lakeshore and Victoria Park to Parklawn. 2)There is no expiry date, although we do encourage customers to use within 3 months from purchase. 3)A leg up would like to have a minimum 3 walks a week, to keep consistency with the rest of the dogs.
